Well, the replacement battery charger arrived yesterday afternoon and is now fitted and up and running again. Fingers crossed that this one will last a bit longer – at £350 it should do!!
Pulled the pins around 07:30 and headed on northward. Moored up just south of Atherstone, will probably drop down through the flight of locks early tomorrow morning.
Passed nb Granny Buttons today but it looked like there was no one at home otherwise we would have stopped to say hello.
A much better temperature today, the cabin has been up around 30 degrees C this last three days – too hot really.
