An early start today. Set off just before 07:00 to fill up with water and head down Limehouse way.

We were passing Victoria Park around lunch time so decided to stop and eat. As the mooring location seemed reasonable, we made the decision to stay on here for the night. We have heard that Victoria Park is an OK place to moor, we will find out tonight !!!

After lunch, we took a walk around the area and sought out Bow Bells church. It’s a lovely old church but it could do with a bit of TLC. Unfortunately, the church is locked up so it wasn’t possible to take a look inside. The four drunks drinking in the church yard gave us a pretty good clue as to why it’s kept locked.

There is a market on the Roman Road tomorrow so we may stay on here tomorrow and check it out in the morning.
